Response to SIMS METHOD

 

      In EXPLORE: SIMS METHOD we explored the different strategies in which the social interactive model and collaborative teaching my be applied within the classroom. We watched videos depicting many different strategies in which this can be effective. These included think-pair-share. I was not aware so many strategies existed to address one model of teaching. I learned how the jigsaw strategy is assembled and executed and how think-pair-share can be effective to learn content and to teach social emotional literacy.
