Geography Module: Engage: Reflection on Poem

 

    I believe this poem could be used in a few different settings. I could picture using it during a poetry unit, during a world systems/nature unit, or while discussing sustainability and environmental aspects of our planet.

    I enjoyed reading this poem and am sad that I could not read the original version in Russian. Although I wouldn't understand it, I would love to hear it read!
